Full Torque provides free shipping for most products and shipping locations. However, few shipping address will need buyer to pay for the shipping fee, buyers will see the shipping details when checking out.

The warranty including the following cases:
1: If buyers receive the productsdamaged and contact us in 72 hours of within the item being delivered, we will provide a full refund or replacement.
2:If buyers received wrong items which looks different from our description on that product link, and contact us in 30 days of item delivered, we will provide a return and exchange or a return & refund, return charge is on Full Torque.
3:Fitment issue(customers need to contact us in 30 days of item delivered),
A: if buyers find the item didn't fit their car, but that car model is in the fitment range on the link, we will provide a return and exchange or a return and refund, return charge is on Full Torque;
B: if the customer orders the wrong product which does not fit their vehicles, we can authorize a non-defective return and exchange/refund, return charge is on customers;
Most of the store products online is made of ABS material and due to material feature the warranty will not apply to damage during use.It also does not apply to any products that have been subjected to misuse, mishandling, misapplication, neglect (including but not limited to improper maintenance), improper installation, act of nature, motor vehicle accidents or alterations. 1. Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return most new, unused, and uninstalled items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. In original packaging
Accompanied by the original sales receipt or proof of purchase.
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
Electrical parts (e.g., starters, alternators, sensors)
Custom, special order, or non-stock items
Opened chemicals or fluids
Gift cards
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact our customer service at [Insert Email Address] or [Insert Phone Number] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package the item securely in its original packaging, including all components, manuals, and accessories.
Clearly mark the RMA number on the package and ship it to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
3. Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Exchanges will be processed upon receipt of the returned item and subject to product availability.
Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply to returns received after 30 days but within 60 days.
Store Credit: Returns received after 60 days but within 90 days will be issued as store credit, less any applicable restocking fees.
No Returns: Returns will not be accepted after 90 days from the original purchase date.
4. Core Returns
If your purchase included a core charge (e.g., for alternators, starters), you may be eligible for a core refund upon returning the used part. To qualify:
Return the used core in its original packaging.
Ensure the core is drained of all fluids and properly sealed to prevent leaks.
Include the original sales receipt or proof of purchase.
Core returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
5. Warranty Returns
Warranty claims are handled as exchanges only. To initiate a warranty return:
Contact customer service to obtain an RMA number.
Provide the original sales receipt or proof of purchase.
Ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.
